ASD D Lago Foiling was founded in Dervio, nestled between the waters of Foppa beach and the sunsets of lake Como. A project born from a passion for foiling and the desire to make this discipline more accessible, safe, and engaging.
It all began in 2024 with Davide's intuition: to bring foiling to lake Como not as a sport reserved for the few, but as an experience of freedom to be enjoyed step by step.
The meeting with Ivan, after his first "takeoff" on the water, transformed this vision into an associative reality.
Today D Lago Foiling is a community where technique, safety and fun grow together, following a simple philosophy: No Rush, Only Fun!.

As an amateur sports association, we believe that sport should be a safe, democratic, and transparent environment. We're not just a service center: we're a community built on member participation and respect for the rules.

SAFEGUARDING DELL'ASD D LAGO FOILING
To ensure maximum protection against any form of abuse, violence, or discrimination, the Board of Directors of ASD D Lago Foiling unanimously approved the Organizational and Control Model for Sports Activities. This decision was made in full compliance with:
- Paragraph 2 of Article 16 of Legislative Decree no. 39 of 28 February 2021.
- Le linee guida AICS.
- Resolution no. 255 of 25 July 2023 of the CONI National Board.
Lines of Conduct and Responsibilities
The Model introduces strict guidelines that all collaborators and volunteers working within the Association must adhere to. To monitor the implementation of these rules and provide a safeguard for members, a Prevention Officer (known as "Safeguarding") has been appointed.
